Non-residents - April 21

• Summer Camp serves children ages 5 - 12

• Fees: *Montague Residents = $110/child/week; Non-residents = $125/child/week (Family discounts available)

• *Montague residents are those who reside in Turners Falls, Millers Falls, Montague Center, Montague City, and Lake Pleasant

• Birth certificate required for new campers

• Theme Weeks, Field Trips, and Special Events

• MPRD’s Summer Camp is a “Licensed Day Camp” through the MA Dept. of Public Health. Updated immunizations and physicals are required with proper documentation for enrollment.

• To secure enrollment, payment for the first week of attendance and a completed registration form are due at time of registration.

• Acceptable forms of payment: Credit/debit card, personal check, cash, money order
