MPRD’s Summer Camp is a “Licensed Day Camp” through the MA Dept. of Public Health. Updated immunizations and physicals are required with proper documentation for enrollment.
To secure enrollment, payment for the first week of attendance and a completed registration form are due at time of registration.
Acceptable forms of payment: Credit/debit card, personal check, cash, money order, or Paypal (transaction fee will apply).
